Requirements
- 2+ years of configuration experience within the CaptivateIQ platform.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the SPM sector or consulting.
- Experience supporting clients with self-service aspects of CaptivateIQ, including data integration, plan documents, and inquiries.
- Experience with Quick Reporting functionality.
- Experience designing and building using Advanced Reporting (dashboards and exports) functionality.
- Proven experience leading requirements gathering sessions.
- Advanced skillset in Excel and spreadsheet software.
- Expert level communication skills, including writing, listening, and speaking.
- Experience implementing a complex software solution within a defined project timeline.
Responsibilities
- Consult throughout the full software implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Lead client discovery and review sessions.
- Perform configuration and development of CaptivateIQ solutions, including Data Workbooks, Transformation Workbooks, and Plan structures.
- Support clients through the testing process.
- Document requirements using a BRD template.
- Develop technical solutions for highly complex problems.
- Manage scope to avoid creep and maintain project timelines.
- Provide expert advice and corrective feedback on team member deliverables.
