Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling within high-growth companies or client service firms
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior FP&A or equivalent
- 1+ year working with or at a high-growth or early-stage company
- Firm grasp of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to synthesize meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data
- Proactive and client-centric attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
- Willingness to learn new software
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth financial forecast models for clients
- Create budgets, operating plans, and strategic scenario models
- Analyze current market trends and competition of clients’ industries
- Evaluate and monitor key performance indicators
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Prepare presentations for boards of directors and senior management
- Collaborate with others to solve technical finance and accounting challenges
- Assist with systems implementations and custom software solutions
