Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of related business experience in a medium to large size business.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, V-lookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a professional self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented and resourceful.
- Prior experience using SAP is a plus.
- Prior experience with services accounting, revenue recognition, and percentage-of-completion accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Services Leadership to provide financial reporting, P&L analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Recommend business actions by analyzing and interpreting data through comparative analyses.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve operational and financial performance.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting, including P&L variance analysis.
- Develop budget and forecasts while preparing budget-to-actual comparisons.
- Create and maintain reporting packages and KPI summary reports for senior management.
- Maintain financial data integrity by initiating error detection and correction controls.
