Requirements
- Proven track record of translating complex and fragmented data sets into meaningful insights.
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial modeling, planning, and decision support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in other Microsoft applications.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights, including OfficeConnect) and NetSuite preferred.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel <10%.
Responsibilities
- Partner with departments to curate information, deliver insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability for growth initiatives.
- Prepare and coordinate materials for Executive management regarding company strategy and performance.
- Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and the annual budget process.
- Analyze and communicate variances while improving forecasting methods.
- Identify and implement opportunities for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability through AI-driven solutions.
