Responsibilities
- Register and forward IT and network errors to appropriate solution teams
- Diagnose and resolve first-level network outages using IT tools
- Monitor network equipment via automated systems
- Perform proactive troubleshooting to prevent predictable outages
- Utilize ticket management systems to log incidents
- Maintain regular contact with clients and internal solution groups
