Requirements
- At least 2 years of BPO Leadership experience.
- Recent BPO leadership experience within the last 5 years preferred.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Advanced to expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to multitask and think outside the box.
- Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools.
- Proven track record of initiative-building and implementation.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Outbound Sales agents to deliver matching and scheduling services through calls and messages.
- Gain a proficient understanding of project procedures and engagement processes.
- Engage agents in meaningful coaching sessions to drive development.
- Assess agent calls and provide calibration directions on scoring.
- Complete accurate performance assessments with actionable steps.
- Document coaching and assessments with clarity and timeliness.
- Implement process and goal changes while maintaining performance expectations.
