Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on payments technology, fintech, or closely related industries.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build persuasive business cases.
- Excellent understanding of payment technologies, financial services, or adjacent sectors such as mobile applications or gaming.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to simplify complex technical solutions for diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of professional experience and demonstrated sales success.
Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle, managing opportunities from outbound prospecting and qualification through negotiation, closing, and successful handoff.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives targeting key decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business objectives and presenting tailored payment solutions that address their challenges.
- Create compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of adopting modern payment technologies and successfully displacing incumbent providers.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies, provide customer insights, and contribute to product evolution.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, consistently achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities to expand market presence within the payments industry.
- Represent the organization professionally while fostering long-term customer relationships that support sustainable business growth.
