Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, administration, data processing, or a similar detail-heavy role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under volume and tight timelines
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound human judgment to validate results
- Proficiency with Excel and standard business tools, including task management and communication platforms
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfort working within structured processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Ingest, organize, and structure historical data and documentation into internal platforms to support AI-enabled workflows
- Process incoming operational requests within defined SLAs using AI-assisted tools and structured workflows
- Review AI-generated outputs to validate accuracy, completeness, and alignment with source data before final approval
- Follow established operational procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality
- Collaborate closely with customer-facing and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of workflows and clear communication of status updates
- Support the development of new operational standards and best practices within a growing AI-driven operations function
- Act as an operational liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clarity, consistency, and reliability in delivered outputs
