Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional work experience in an operations, administrative, or data-focused role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to sustain accuracy under volume and time pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfort working within AI-assisted workflows and ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content.
- Proficiency in standard business tools including Excel and task management platforms.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Financial services or investment management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ingest and structure historical data and documents into platforms for AI-assisted workflows.
- Process incoming work requests within defined SLAs.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency against source material.
- Develop and refine operational procedures and identify process inefficiencies.
- Partner with internal customer-facing teams to ensure reliable turnaround.
- Represent the company professionally in operational communications with internal and external stakeholders.
