Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration within product or tech-driven companies
  • Hands-on experience administering an HRIS (PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob, or similar)
  • Experience managing the full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
  • Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational templates
  • Understanding of AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging them to improve efficiency
  • Experience working with HR analytics and reporting—collecting data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and spotting anomalies
  • Systems-thinking mindset with a passion for improving processes
  • Process-oriented approach focusing on root causes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Audit HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement standardized, scalable workflows
  • Own the full operational onboarding and offboarding lifecycle: documentation, access management, PeopleForce administration, benefits, and cross-functional coordination
  • Administer and continuously improve our HRIS (PeopleForce): configure workflows, automations, and triggers, maintain data accuracy, and implement new processes
  • Coordinate the probation process by launching check-ins, collecting feedback, preparing analytics, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, templates, and our HR Knowledge Base.
  • Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, learning budgets, subscriptions, and internal AI tools
  • Prepare regular HR analytics and reports, including headcount, turnover, onboarding, benefits, and other HR metrics; identify anomalies and help the team make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes across the company
