Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
  • Experience supporting routine employee relations matters and manager coaching.
  • Ability to work independently as the primary day-to-day People contact in a scaling company.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration tools.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment law basics.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates.
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with internal and external vendors.
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation, reporting, and organizational workflows.
  • Support talent acquisition logistics including job postings and offer preparation.
  • Document and improve People processes to ensure operational efficiency.
