Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar roles.
- Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
- Experience supporting routine employee relations matters and manager coaching.
- Ability to work independently as the primary day-to-day People contact in a scaling company.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort handling sensitive information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration tools.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment law basics.
Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and leave.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS updates.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with internal and external vendors.
- Maintain compliance-related documentation, reporting, and organizational workflows.
- Support talent acquisition logistics including job postings and offer preparation.
- Document and improve People processes to ensure operational efficiency.
