Requirements
- University degree or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including handling various file types and conversions.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work independently and set priorities.
- Interest in science and advancing scientific knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely, efficient peer review of all submissions.
- Address and resolve escalated queries or concerns from vendors or internal colleagues.
- Identify and remove barriers to submission while maintaining adherence to policies.
- Troubleshoot manuscript, workflow, and system issues, providing expertise and escalation as needed.
- Monitor vendor quality and timeliness performance against target thresholds and KPIs.
- Contribute to workflow projects and propose operational improvements.
