Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely, efficient peer review of all submissions.
  • Address and resolve escalated queries or concerns from vendors or internal colleagues.
  • Identify and remove barriers to submission while maintaining adherence to policies.
  • Troubleshoot manuscript, workflow, and system issues, providing expertise and escalation as needed.
  • Monitor vendor quality and timeliness performance against target thresholds and KPIs.
  • Contribute to workflow projects and propose operational improvements.
