Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years’ work experience related to clinical trials.
- Strong proficiency in computer literacy, specifically Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, and plan proactively.
- Strong communication skills for operational support and conflict resolution.
- Impeccable record-keeping and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Experience with clinical software is a plus.
- CRA/CRO experience is a plus.
- Project Management or service-related industry experience is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records, including real-time updates to trackers and high-volume site communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sites, raters, and CROs throughout the study lifecycle.
- Manage and deliver phase I-III clinical trials while tracking against project SOW.
- Coordinate consultant communications and scheduling.
- Support Rater Services Managers with assigned tasks and mentor junior study team members.
- Communicate project deliverables proactively to the study Project Manager, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead.
