Requirements
- Familiarity with hospital Core Measures and the Get With the Guidelines Stroke registry.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and clinical databases.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technology.
- Strong self-organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to adjust to shifting timelines and priorities.
- Ability to keep PHI secure and confidential.
- 1+ years providing coaching and guidance to teams (preferred).
- Experience with evaluating operating financial metrics (preferred).
- RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS credentials (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to ensure partner deliverables are met.
- Monitor partner case volumes and hours, requesting resource adjustments as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client Services and facilitate partner meetings.
- Review key operating metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for business financial goals.
- Own new implementation workflows and resolve delays by collaborating with Project Managers.
- Coach team members on performance and productivity.
- Champion the use of internal technology to streamline workflows and provide partner demonstrations.
