Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, social media management, community management, or related roles.
- Previous experience working within the AI industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across business and technical content formats.
- Proven ability to transform long-form content into engaging, high-performing social media assets.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other digital channels.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise technology audiences and experience building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing content through experimentation.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation, social campaigns, or community-building initiatives is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and community growth across key digital platforms.
- Create, edit, and manage a consistent content calendar covering social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging formats such as short videos, carousels, newsletters, and social posts to maximize reach and impact.
- Continuously test new content formats, distribution channels, and campaign strategies while monitoring performance metrics to optimize results.
- Build, grow, and manage an exclusive professional community through valuable discussions, curated content, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Foster relationships with enterprise leaders, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to strengthen engagement and support business development objectives.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Design, and leadership teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing and pipeline goals.
- Support virtual and in-person events, webinars, roundtables, and educational programs while tracking key engagement and business performance metrics.
