Requirements

- Excellent client service and communication skills to lead conversations and build relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or TikTok Shop.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of marketplace media campaigns.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps and test plans aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Manage campaign budgets and oversee execution to meet performance targets.
- Engage in daily communication with clients and internal stakeholders as a key point of contact.
- Provide coaching, task management, and performance feedback to team specialists.
- Manage complex projects and high-profile client accounts.
