Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or related content roles.
- Proven track record of managing organic social channels and driving audience engagement.
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of influencer relationships from prospecting to posting.
- Strong creative instincts for platform-specific content performance.
- Comfortable appearing on-camera and providing creative direction to others.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Scrappy and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Data-driven with experience in performance reporting and translating insights into strategy.
- Genuine empathy for the self-employed and independent worker community.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day organic social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) with a goal of publishing 1-2 high-quality posts daily.
- Develop and execute organic content strategy to drive audience growth and customer acquisition.
- Manage the social content calendar to ensure a cohesive narrative across platforms while staying agile with trends.
- Source, prospect, and manage a roster of up to 30 influencers, including outreach, rate negotiation, and contracting.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to influencers to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and experts to create engaging social-first content.
- Report on core KPIs including audience growth, engagement, and influencer program performance.
