  • Proven track record of managing organic social channels and driving audience engagement.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of influencer relationships from prospecting to posting.
  • Strong creative instincts for platform-specific content performance.
  • Comfortable appearing on-camera and providing creative direction to others.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Scrappy and resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Data-driven with experience in performance reporting and translating insights into strategy.
  • Genuine empathy for the self-employed and independent worker community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day organic social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) with a goal of publishing 1-2 high-quality posts daily.
  • Develop and execute organic content strategy to drive audience growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage the social content calendar to ensure a cohesive narrative across platforms while staying agile with trends.
  • Source, prospect, and manage a roster of up to 30 influencers, including outreach, rate negotiation, and contracting.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to influencers to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and experts to create engaging social-first content.
  • Report on core KPIs including audience growth, engagement, and influencer program performance.
