- 3+ years of experience managing social media, with at least 5 years of overall experience in marketing and social media roles.
- Proven expertise managing always-on social content across multiple social platforms.
- Strong experience overseeing content calendars, publishing operations, and cross-functional content execution.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and emerging digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with social analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience writing creative briefs and providing feedback to creators or external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with short-form video creation and editing tools such as CapCut, along with knowledge of influencer marketing and social SEO is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day execution of social media activities across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
- Own editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and content scheduling to ensure consistent, engaging, and timely brand presence.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders, freelancers, and content creators to produce compelling social-first content.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to identify opportunities for timely engagement and brand relevance.
- Analyze social performance metrics, prepare recurring reports, and provide actionable recommendations to improve content strategy and audience engagement.
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Creator, PR, Customer Experience, and Paid Media teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
- Maintain high editorial standards by ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand voice across all channels.
- Support influencer collaborations and creator partnerships while contributing ideas that strengthen community engagement and brand storytelling.
