Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in social media marketing or public relations at a fast-growing start-up.
- Proven experience building AI workflows using tools such as Claude Code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of video-editing experience with tools like Descript or Premiere.
- Proficiency in Sprout Social, Brandwatch, BusinessWire, or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel (~20%) globally.
- Proven track record of developing high-impact influencer campaigns.
- Ability to work independently as part of a globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Support and evolve the company’s influencer relations and content creator program, including strategy, recruitment, onboarding, budgeting, relationship management, and reporting.
- Develop social media plans for spokespeople, translating industry trends and leadership perspectives into social content.
- Draft, edit, and publish leaders’ social content across channels like LinkedIn and X.
- Assist in managing the employee advocacy program to amplify key messages.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows for content development and campaign planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with PR, community, product marketing, events, and developer relations.
- Support social content creation, including short-form video and campaign toolkits.
- Manage, schedule, and publish the Big Tent podcast.
- Provide on-site support at company and industry events, including staffing executive and customer interviews.
