Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sales experience with a record of over-achievement.
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, local food trends, and competitor landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and referral networks.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and willingness to master a defined consultative sales approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new sales tools and processes.
- Demonstrated accountability, coachability, and a growth-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation for local travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Execute a full-cycle, outside sales funnel from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain an outbound prospecting and referral strategy to grow a book of business.
- Conduct product web demos for diverse restaurant audiences.
- Manage sales pipeline, reports, and KPIs using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Collaborate with peers and sales leadership to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
- Travel within the designated territory (45% of the time) for in-person meetings with restaurant owners.
