Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account development, product management, sales engineering, or sales operations.
- Proficiency in analytic software tools such as Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze Salesforce reports to prioritize activity and develop business plans.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan in a complex, changing sales environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
- High learning agility for new sales tools.
- Must reside in territory to facilitate in-market events and activities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound interest from prospective installer and distribution partners.
- Deliver tailored pitches highlighting product value and program benefits.
- Lead onboarding and activation calls for newly authorized partners.
- Drive sales volume growth through existing partner engagement.
- Conduct market visits (8-15 days/month) for events, trade shows, trainings, and site visits.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce to track engagement and conversion.
- Analyze pipeline and territory metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute territory and channel business plans.
