Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales, alliance management, or indirect sales within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing strategic partner relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proven experience driving partner-generated pipeline and indirect revenue through established channel ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and external business leaders.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic business plans with measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating across global, cross-functional, and matrixed organizations.
  • Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, and solution providers throughout North America.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive partner-generated pipeline, increase engagement, and deliver sustainable indirect revenue growth.
  • Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to key partners.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and partner enablement teams to align go-to-market initiatives and maximize partner success.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable, and support new and existing partners to improve productivity and long-term performance.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that expand market coverage and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, partner events, and sales initiatives to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Represent partner feedback internally, helping influence business priorities and improve partner programs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and consistently achieve or exceed revenue and quota objectives.
