Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses within three months of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn and apply state-specific claims regulations and procedures.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 7a-7p Central Time.
- Ability to travel periodically as required.
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance coverage and investigate liability and scope of damages.
- Explain applicable coverages to customers.
- Determine liability based on state laws and company guidelines.
- Identify inspection channels for physical damage and recognize prior damage.
- Evaluate claim facts to determine value and reach timely resolutions.
- Negotiate fair settlements according to company and regulatory standards.
- Manage claim correspondence and maintain an organized inventory.
- Provide proactive, transparent, and timely communication with all parties.
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience with empathy and responsiveness.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
