- Dedicated quiet home workspace free from distractions.
- Capability to handle calls via cell phone or landline.
Responsibilities
- Review claims and extract information for processing.
- Staff an incoming call line to assist beneficiaries and family members with questions and claim status.
- Provide evening phone coverage on a rotating basis.
- Collect information and process death claims.
- Verify, correct, and complete claim information by telephone, letter, or personal contact.
- Conduct investigations and gather supporting documentation for claims.
- Calculate benefits payable.
- Approve or deny claims in accordance with established procedures.
