Requirements

  • Required active insurance licensing.

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Professional designation (CISR) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
  • Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewal processing.
  • Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, and prepare proposals.
  • Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
  • Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances on delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain data accuracy within agency management systems and carrier platforms.
