Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
- Required active insurance licensing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
- Professional designation (CISR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in directing day-to-day activities and workflow of support staff.
- Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewal processing.
- Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, and prepare proposals.
- Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
- Monitor reports and collect outstanding balances on delinquent accounts.
- Maintain data accuracy within agency management systems and carrier platforms.
