Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or technology platform leadership roles in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with at least 5+ years in a senior management or director-level capacity.
- Strong background in building, scaling, or transforming operational organizations in global or multi-region contexts.
- Deep understanding of digital systems, engineering operations, and service delivery in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
- Experience working across infrastructure-intensive industries such as energy, industrial systems, or data-driven operations is highly valuable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the operational vision, standards, and processes for digital engineering and operations teams to improve reliability, speed, and consistency of delivery.
- Set strategic priorities, performance goals, and accountability frameworks to ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence across North American operations.
- Lead the design and scaling of an efficient operational model while remaining engaged in hands-on execution when required.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex digital and engineering issues, overseeing risk management, incident resolution, and corrective action planning.
- Develop and maintain engineering and digital execution roadmaps across enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and connected digital ecosystems.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align digital operations with enterprise strategy and ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
