Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in digital engineering, IT operations, or technology platform leadership roles in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with at least 5+ years in a senior management or director-level capacity.
  • Strong background in building, scaling, or transforming operational organizations in global or multi-region contexts.
  • Deep understanding of digital systems, engineering operations, and service delivery in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
  • Experience working across infrastructure-intensive industries such as energy, industrial systems, or data-driven operations is highly valuable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution in fast-paced, high-complexity environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the operational vision, standards, and processes for digital engineering and operations teams to improve reliability, speed, and consistency of delivery.
  • Set strategic priorities, performance goals, and accountability frameworks to ensure effective service delivery and operational excellence across North American operations.
  • Lead the design and scaling of an efficient operational model while remaining engaged in hands-on execution when required.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex digital and engineering issues, overseeing risk management, incident resolution, and corrective action planning.
  • Develop and maintain engineering and digital execution roadmaps across enterprise platforms, manufacturing systems, and connected digital ecosystems.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align digital operations with enterprise strategy and ensure seamless cross-functional integration.
