Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee local operations within your assigned territory, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of activities
- Recruit, train, and supervise a small team, supporting their performance and development on the job
- Design and implement local marketing and outreach strategies to support customer acquisition and growth objectives
- Track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and adjust execution plans accordingly
- Work directly with a mentor to refine leadership skills, decision-making, and business management capabilities
- Ensure accountability across tasks, timelines, and team responsibilities while maintaining high execution standards
