Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- 3+ years in executive roles (VP, SVP, COO, or Head of Strategy & Operations).
- Proven track record of leading and scaling multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated experience rebuilding operational systems.
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using AI, automation, and modern tooling.
- Strong strategic thinking and first-principles reasoning regarding business models and unit economics.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen to lead sales strategy and interpret complex data.
- Experience operating across global teams and distributed environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence in English.
Responsibilities
- Define company strategy and OKRs in partnership with the CEO.
- Translate vision into execution-ready operating models.
- Own the company-wide operating scorecard across customer experience, sales, compliance, and employee experience.
- Lead and develop cross-functional executive teams covering operations, sales, people, communications, and technology.
- Embed AI, automation, and agentic tools into core business processes for efficiency and scale.
- Make high-impact executive decisions across product, engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
- Identify systemic issues and drive organizational-level resolution.
