- Manage job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination.
- Execute full employee onboarding, including agreements, equipment, accounts, and orientation.
- Administer payroll onboarding and benefits enrollment using QuickBooks Online Payroll.
- Coordinate probation and annual performance review cycles.
- Oversee offboarding processes including documentation, exit interviews, and access control.
- Maintain company policies in Confluence and ensure compliance with provincial standards.
- Plan and deliver the annual company retreat.
- Maintain compliant employment and contractor agreements across jurisdictions.
- Manage and organize signed contracts, NDAs, and corporate legal documentation.
- Administer IP documentation and support execution of IP strategy.
