Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or team leadership.
  • Experience within a complex or financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of operational controls, compliance frameworks, and business continuity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, OfficeSpace, and visitor management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Comfort working in hybrid conditions with occasional non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and virtual operational support for employees and visitors.
  • Act as a central point of contact for employee and guest inquiries.
  • Manage workplace systems including floor capacity tracking, visitor management, and access control.
  • Oversee employee experience processes including onboarding support and orientation.
  • Maintain security operations including access rights and badge management.
  • Monitor and improve operational workflows and governance compliance.
  • Coordinate meeting and event logistics and building facilities maintenance.
  • Support change management initiatives and occupational health and safety compliance.
