Responsibilities
- Review account activity and make informed decisions using AI-assisted analysis.
- Investigate payment approval requests and flag anomalies through pattern recognition tools.
- Identify suspicious activity and fraud patterns, learning and implementing regulatory requirements.
- Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
- Document findings and share them with the team.
- Balance compliance with user experience by using AI to process large datasets and analyze trade-offs.
- Work cross-functionally with product, support, and business teams to support scalable growth.
