Requirements
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Python, or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM best practices, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience collaborating across multiple departments in support of sales and revenue objectives.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency, or regulated industries (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve pipeline performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance and forecasting accuracy.
- Build and refine forecasting models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes, CRM workflows, and sales technology tools to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, account executives, marketing, finance, and legal teams to streamline workflows.
- Support deal desk activities, including pricing analysis, deal structures, and margin tracking.
- Contribute to territory planning, resource allocation, and sales capacity modeling.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance scalability.
