Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing high-volume outbound activity.
- Interest in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools is an asset but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt messaging, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong curiosity, resilience, and a proactive approach to prospecting and outreach.
- Comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and qualify new prospects across defined industries and target regions to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Execute structured outreach campaigns through email, phone, and social channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Apply qualification frameworks to assess customer fit, urgency, and business needs before progressing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure visibility and data integrity across the sales funnel.
- Support pipeline quality by ensuring only well-qualified leads are passed to Account Executives.
- Conduct early-stage conversations to understand prospect pain points and communicate high-level product value.
- Provide accurate reporting on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline generation metrics.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
