Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and outcome-based goals.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as Clay, Instantly, Aimfox, or Heyreach.
- Excellent organization and time management skills for juggling multiple cadences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft concise, compelling outreach messages.
- High level of resilience and comfort with daily outbound volume.
- Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for conferences and events.
- Coachable attitude and desire for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (100+ calls/day, SMS, email, LinkedIn).
- Qualify prospects against ideal customer profiles and BANT criteria.
- Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives.
- Represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences.
- Maintain accurate records of touch points and prospect statuses in CRM.
- Analyze outreach metrics to optimize cadences and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and AE teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
