Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and outcome-based goals.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Experience with prospecting tools such as Clay, Instantly, Aimfox, or Heyreach.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills for juggling multiple cadences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to craft concise, compelling outreach messages.
  • High level of resilience and comfort with daily outbound volume.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time for conferences and events.
  • Coachable attitude and desire for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach (100+ calls/day, SMS, email, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify prospects against ideal customer profiles and BANT criteria.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives.
  • Represent Hospitable at regional and national industry conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of touch points and prospect statuses in CRM.
  • Analyze outreach metrics to optimize cadences and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and AE teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
