Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or a similar B2B SaaS outbound role.
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline.
- Strong cold-calling skills with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated resilience, consistency, and work ethic in high-volume, target-driven environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and sequencing tools like HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sequences, accounts, and priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured, performance-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn sequences against defined target accounts within the Eastern US.
- Respond rapidly to inbound leads including demo requests, webinar sign-ups, trade show contacts, and live chat inquiries.
- Research and build detailed account intelligence to identify stakeholders, buying committees, and trigger events.
- Conduct structured discovery to assess fit, authority, urgency, and need before booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce and manage sequencing activity in HubSpot.
- Partner with Account Executives to align on territory strategy, account targeting, and pipeline development.
