Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS or software sales strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
- Research and qualify target accounts, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
- Analyze prospect needs and align them with ShipHawk’s solutions
- Schedule and set high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Educate prospects on ShipHawk’s WMS and shipping software solutions
- Track all activity and pipeline in Salesforce
- Test new messaging, sequences, and outbound strategies—then scale what works
- Represent ShipHawk at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities as needed
