Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales development experience in SaaS or a comparable B2B environment.
  • Proven cold-calling experience and ability to handle objections.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Hands-on experience with sales intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, NationGraph, Starbridge, or Pursuit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed work style with effective time management.
  • Resilience and consistency in hitting activity KPIs.
  • Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms like Qualified is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Fire, EMS, or public safety operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound prospecting at volume via cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Respond to inbound demo requests, content downloads, and live chat conversations.
  • Identify target agencies and map buying committees using sales intelligence tools.
  • Engage via live chat (Qualified) to route serious buyers and capture context.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory planning and account strategy.
  • Provide lead-quality feedback to the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate activity and account data in Salesforce and HubSpot.
