Requirements
- 1+ years in a quota-bearing hunting role (SDR/BDR, door-to-door, etc.) or equivalent record of competitive excellence.
- Consistent history of smashing activity and meeting goals.
- Crystal-clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to make complex ideas easy to understand.
- Organized and strategic approach to CRM, calendar, and task management.
- Bonus: familiarity with HR tech or frontline industries.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline from zero through research, prospecting, sequencing, calling, texting, and direct messaging.
- Book demos that will eventually be closed as an AE.
- Spearfish strategic accounts by developing multi-threaded relationships with operators and HR leaders.
- Travel to conferences and plant floors to demo the product live.
- Relay market insights directly to engineering to improve the product loop.
- Adapt daily to accelerate company growth.
