Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Proven experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
- Strong focus and demonstrated success in cold-calling.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to time management.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection effectively.
- Resourcefulness and ability to learn new sales strategies.
- Coachable with a positive outlook and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective opportunities and initiate sales engagement through outbound channels.
- Utilize methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messages to reach prospects.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
- Develop skills across modern sales technology tools including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine messaging and sales skills.
