Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from ads and organic traffic by qualifying prospects.
  • Respond to inbound cold email and LinkedIn replies from engaged prospects.
  • Manage your own pipeline of inbound leads using internal software.
  • Follow up with leads in the sales CRM to re-engage past interests or closed-lost opportunities.
  • Call and qualify inbound leads to assess needs and book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Ensure high show rates by sending reminders and confirming attendance for scheduled appointments.
