- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Team player capable of ensuring seamless lead handoffs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from ads and organic traffic by qualifying prospects.
- Respond to inbound cold email and LinkedIn replies from engaged prospects.
- Manage your own pipeline of inbound leads using internal software.
- Follow up with leads in the sales CRM to re-engage past interests or closed-lost opportunities.
- Call and qualify inbound leads to assess needs and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Ensure high show rates by sending reminders and confirming attendance for scheduled appointments.
