Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in inside sales, call center, customer service, or account management roles.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in order entry, documentation, and CRM management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining service quality and responsiveness.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in the automotive aftermarket industry is considered an asset.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and occasional travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to existing customers to promote products, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Provide front-line customer support, including answering inquiries on parts, pricing, availability, warranties, and delivery timelines.
- Manage CRM systems by maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records, quotes, and order information.
- Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, shipping details, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify trends, growth opportunities, or potential risks.
- Support inbound phone queues and provide technical or product-related assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Continuously develop product, industry, and system knowledge through training and self-learning.
