Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of hospitality or resort operations, including revenue management and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing action plans aligned with overall business strategy and revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Represent the business at events, exhibitions, and client-facing engagements to promote brand awareness.
- Conduct sales outreach, client visits, and site inspections to support conversions and partnerships.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including promotional activities and brand initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to inform strategy and optimize results.
- Contribute to budgeting, promotional planning, and development of customer packages and incentives.
