Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in a customer-facing or inside sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Full fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new small business customers to expand market share and generate new revenue opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growth over time.
- Develop and present tailored value propositions that align logistics solutions with customer needs and business objectives.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of service and problem resolution.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline activity and track performance.
