Requirements
- Strong interest in outbound SaaS sales with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume prospecting environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Resilience and persistence, with a mindset that treats rejection as feedback and motivation for improvement.
- Ability to learn or discuss basic financial workflows and spreadsheet-based reporting (Excel familiarity is highly valued).
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to receive feedback and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Prior SaaS, ERP, or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential accounts within ERP ecosystems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, and Acumatica.
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (60+ daily activities) through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with finance and operations stakeholders to uncover pain points related to reporting, consolidation, and data entry.
- Qualify leads using structured frameworks (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC) and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with ERP partners and consultants to uncover new pipeline opportunities and expand reach within target ecosystems.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all activities, follow-ups, and prospect interactions are consistently tracked.
- Contribute insights from the field to improve messaging, targeting, and overall outbound strategy.
