  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving territory growth.
  • Experience managing distributor networks and complex healthcare sales channels.
  • Ability to engage with senior healthcare stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the Northeast region.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth across the assigned territory.
  • Lead and manage the acute care sales channel, including regional and national distributor relationships.
  • Oversee and support a geographically distributed team of sales representatives, ensuring performance and accountability.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including pipeline management, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Conduct customer-facing engagement including co-travel, clinical education, and consultative selling with key accounts.
  • Coordinate trade shows, regional meetings, and sales events with distribution partners.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance development for direct reports.
  • Partner with pricing and commercial teams to optimize profitability and pricing strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce to monitor pipeline health, account activity, and revenue performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.
