  • 3+ years of experience managing managers and leading multi-layered delivery organizations.
  • Proven track record of transforming delivery operations to improve efficiency, speed, and customer satisfaction without compromising quality.
  • Strong experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams in complex, technical environments.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, enterprise customer deployments, and recurring revenue models.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and scale high-performing management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • High AI fluency and openness to leveraging technology to redesign and optimize delivery processes.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools and delivery analytics.
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and transform the end-to-end Professional Services delivery engine, including technical delivery, PMO, and solutions consulting functions.
  • Design and implement a scalable delivery operating model that improves implementation speed, quality, and predictability across all customer deployments.
  • Define, track, and manage core delivery metrics such as CSAT, time-to-implementation, utilization, and delivery efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering to ensure delivery processes are tightly aligned with product architecture and roadmap evolution.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing delivery workflows and drive rapid experimentation and optimization to improve outcomes.
  • Reshape organizational structure, roles, and incentives to prioritize impact, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build executive-level visibility into delivery health, risks, and operational performance to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and mentor a strong management layer, enabling leaders to independently own outcomes and scale team performance.
  • Introduce modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to reimagine how delivery work is executed at scale.
