Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in channel management, partner programs, or program management within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling channel programs across multiple regions or countries.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including VARs, distributors, service providers, and multi-tier partner models.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and regional leadership teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel, Tableau, or similar reporting tools to translate business data into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver compelling executive-level presentations.
- Experience with partner incentives, enablement frameworks, rebates, and global program governance is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and continuous improvement of global channel programs, including partner tiers, incentives, promotions, and strategic initiatives that support partner-led growth.
- Translate global strategies into scalable, market-ready programs while adapting to regional business needs and ensuring consistent execution across international teams.
- Establish program governance, timelines, operational processes, and performance metrics in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Technology teams.
- Drive partner engagement by developing initiatives that encourage adoption, upsell opportunities, services-led selling, and long-term partner progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align channel programs with broader go-to-market strategies and business priorities.
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs such as adoption rates, pipeline contribution, attach rates, and partner progression, providing actionable recommendations based on performance data.
- Serve as a key point of contact for regional stakeholders, gathering feedback and continuously refining program design to maximize business impact.
