- Proven ability to develop standout campaign ideas that perform culturally and commercially
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms
- Strong ability to turn insights and cultural tensions into compelling creative concepts
- Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., CPG, beauty, tech, luxury, or entertainment)
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills with strategy, account, and business development teams
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects under tight deadlines in pitch-driven environments
- Strong cultural awareness and instinct for emerging digital trends
Responsibilities
- Develop bold, tension-driven creative concepts for influencer-led campaigns, RFPs, and multi-platform activations
- Translate cultural insights, audience data, and trend signals into breakthrough creative territories
- Partner with strategy teams to ensure all ideas are rooted in strong strategic foundations and audience understanding
- Support business development efforts by shaping persuasive, pitch-ready creative narratives for new and existing clients
- Contribute to trend analysis, cultural POVs, and creative frameworks that inform agency-wide thinking
- Ensure creative output is adaptable across social, experiential, and integrated brand touchpoints
- Present ideas clearly and compellingly to internal teams and client stakeholders
