Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in a full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS closing role.
  • Proven history of building a sales pipeline from scratch.
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Experience managing technical Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Native proficiency in French.
  • Strong ability to hunt and generate business independently.
  • Ability to learn complex industry operations across waste management, food distribution, and more.
  • Competency in structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a revenue leader responsible for 80-90% net-new logo acquisition via self-sourced pipeline.
  • Manage end-to-end deal cycles ranging from €20k to €200k.
  • Sell a complex suite of 15+ products to diverse stakeholders, including Managing Directors and Finance Directors.
  • Perform outbound prospecting to expand pipeline in the operations and field services sectors.
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles and technical POCs.
  • Travel to visit clients in the region on a typically fortnightly basis.
