Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Agile, Lean, or Kanban software development lifecycle methodologies.
- Experience with Python, .NET, and C#.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Amazon Q/Kiro.
- Experience creating system workflows and technical documentation.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to teach and mentor other software engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead system requirements analysis and validation activities ensuring requirements are traceable and consistent.
- Build deep knowledge of business processes to guide requirements definition, solution design, and prioritization.
- Establish and improve processes for system planning, requirements definition, and release planning.
- Partner with customers and revenue stakeholders to present solutions aligning with business and technical objectives.
- Provide system development effort and cost estimates for ROI analysis.
- Work with engineering teams to develop user stories, use cases, and delivery plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to improve reliability and performance.
